2023 Tax Rates for Employers

MDES has issued the 2023 Tax Rates for employers.  

No employer's account will be negatively impacted as a result of the delayed issuance of the 2023 tax rate notice; however, to avoid any penalties or interest, 1st quarter reports and payments must be made by the close of business July 31, 2023.  

If you have not received your tax rate letter by 4/28/2023, please log into your MDES account online and select the “Correspondence” tab to view your letter on the Correspondence screen.
