DUA provides financial assistance to individuals whose employment or self-employment who have lost their job or work has been interrupted as a direct result of a major disaster.

What information do I need to file an Unemployment Claim? |
Your work history information for the past 18 months including employer names, addresses, phone numbers, the reason for separation, and dates of employment; |
your current contact information; |
your driver’s license or state ID number; and |
your Social Security Card. |
