To Submit Public Records Requests
Any person wishing to access public records of the Mississippi Department of Employment Security should make the request by e-mail to communications@mdes.ms.gov and include the following information:

Name of requestor;

Address of requestor;

Other contact information, including telephone number and any e-mail address; and

Identification of the public records adequate for the MDES designee to locate the records.
Assessment of Costs to the Requestor
MDES, in its sole discretion, may charge reasonable fees as follows to cover retrieval and copying costs. A cost estimate will be provided prior to response to a request when this will apply.
