Helping Dislocated Workers

The Self-Employment Assistance Program (SEAP) offers dislocated workers receiving Unemployment Insurance the opportunity for a fast track to entrepreneurship. This program is designed to encourage and enable unemployed workers to create their own jobs by starting their own small businesses. If accepted into the SEAP, you will receive entrepreneurial training and mentoring services to help you launch your business idea.
