Notice of Emergency Contract

On November 6, 2025, the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES) entered into an emergency contract with IBM Corporation. This agreement covers maintenance, support, and enhancement for the ReEmployMS application for 2026. The contract is effective for one (1) year from the date of execution to include a transition period through December 31, 2025. The total cost for this emergency contract must not exceed $12,000,000. This contract is available on the Mississippi Transparency website at https://www.dfa.ms.gov/transparency and for inspection at MDES upon request.
