A Unique Hiring Tool 

The Fidelity Bonding Program provides important support for justice-involved individuals, helping them secure employment and stay employed. These individuals represent a talented pool of candidates. Employers who hire eligible participants may receive a free fidelity bond and insurance coverage up to $25,000. Bonds may be issued with values ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in coverage for the first 6-month period they are employed with the bonding business, with no deductible, providing the employer 100% insurance coverage for covered loss up to the value of the bond.
