An individual who has filed for unemployment insurance benefits and needs a copy of benefit and wage data may get a copy of benefit and wage data using the following steps.

Go to mdes.ms. gov and then select Online Unemployment Claims Services under the Unemployment Claims menu.

1. After logging into your account, go to the top right corner and click on the profile icon (the person icon).

2. Clicking on this icon will take you to your account page, where you can select "Proof of Unemployment."

3.If you click on "Download" under the "Unemployment History," you will find three different PDF documents: Claim Summary, Processed Weekly Certifications, and Wage Summary. You can print any of these documents as needed.
